Leading business analysis on an enterprise-wide transformation to operationalise Macquarie's Data Management Standard through Collibra — defining the target metamodel across 22 asset types and chairing monthly governance forums across the firm's eight divisions.

Built and deployed enterprise data quality rules end-to-end in Informatica Developer and Dataiku, and delivered Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards for Business Data Managers and Executive Management.

I care about the layer underneath the dashboard — the taxonomy, the metamodel, the rule that makes a number trustworthy in the first place. Before Macquarie, I worked across large financial datasets at Westpac building and testing data quality rules.
Photography is the other half of how I pay attention — where the day job is about defining structure, a camera is about noticing it. I shoot mostly around Sydney.
